It is with much sadness I am writing this -

Jane has been part of our family since she first ventured “down under” with P&O. I recall her sunning herself in our backyard with the hope her hair would turn fairer! Then time permitting she would go off partying with my daughter Christine.

A real kindred spirit, so easy to pick up where we left off despite the miles between us. So many memories to draw on, usually involving laughter and food, not to mention a glass of bubbles or two.

One special memory I have is of celebrating Jane’s 60th birthday with Tug in Hobart, Tasmania where she generously took us on a boating adventure finishing with her favourite meal of scallops.

More recently 2019, Jane joined me in Vis, Croatia where we holidayed with Craig, David (my sons) and their families. From there we both returned to Cantley where the good times continued.

I was so looking forward to doing the same this year, sadly it is not to be.
